MG Line Terms and Conditions – Know the Rules Before You Play

To register and use MG Line, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception. MG Line reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to close accounts where eligibility requirements are not met.

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. MG Line does not permit accounts for individuals under the age of 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person — not a corporation, trust, partnership or other legal entity.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address and mobile number.
• You may only hold one active account on MG Line at any time. Multiple accounts by the same person are prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
• You must not be registered on any MG Line self-exclusion list or have been previously permanently excluded from the platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your location.

MG Line reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC) procedures at any stage of your account's lifetime, including at the point of withdrawal. Failure to complete KYC when requested will result in your withdrawal being placed on hold until verification is completed satisfactorily.

Your MG Line account is personal to you. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. MG Line will never ask you for your password via email, telephone or live chat.

• Choose a strong, unique password that you do not use for any other online account or service.
• Enable two-factor authentication on your MG Line account where available.
• Do not share your account credentials with any other person, including family members. Only you may use your account.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Contact MG Line support immediately at support@mgline.biz if you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person.

MG Line accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials. Any activity carried out through your account — including bets placed or withdrawals requested — is your responsibility unless you have notified MG Line of a security breach in a timely manner.

All deposits and withdrawals on MG Line are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied. MG Line supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods available to Pakistani players:

• Minimum deposit: Rs 500. Maximum single deposit: Rs 500,000 (subject to payment method limits).
• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 1,000. Maximum single withdrawal: Rs 200,000.
• Withdrawals must be processed to a payment method you have previously used for a deposit, or to an account held in your verified name.
• MG Line does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Jackpot wins above Rs 5,000,000 are subject to a 12–24 hour manual verification period before payout.
• Withdrawals will be held if there is an outstanding KYC verification request on your account.

MG Line reserves the right to request documentation to verify the source of funds deposited to your account, in line with responsible gaming and financial compliance obligations. Accounts that cannot demonstrate a legitimate source of funds may have withdrawals suspended pending review.

The following rules apply to all sports and cricket betting markets on MG Line. Game-specific rules for card games, slots and virtual sports are covered in Section 6.

• A bet is confirmed and binding only once MG Line has accepted it and issued a confirmation. Bets shown as "pending" are not yet confirmed.
• The minimum bet on all sports markets is Rs 50. Maximum bet limits vary by market and match significance.
• Odds shown at the time a bet is placed are the odds at which that bet will be settled, provided the bet is confirmed before any odds change.
• If a match is abandoned before a result can be determined, MG Line will void all match winner bets and return stakes in full. Settlement rules for individual markets within abandoned matches are detailed in the Sport-Specific Rules available in the MG Line help section.
• For matches decided by the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method, the official DLS result is treated as the final result for all match winner and total runs markets on MG Line.
• In-play bets are accepted at the live odds displayed at the moment of submission. MG Line may suspend in-play markets at any time without notice.
• MG Line reserves the right to void bets placed after an event has concluded where there is evidence of late bet placement, system error or odds miscalculation.

MG Line offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms — the wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds, expiry date and maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings are stated on the individual promotion page. These general terms apply to all MG Line bonuses unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

• Bonuses are credited to your bonus balance, not your main PKR wallet. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first meet the wagering requirement specified in the promotion.
• Wagering requirements specify the total amount you must bet using the bonus balance before any winnings derived from it become withdrawable. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires Rs 20,000 in total bets before withdrawal.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino and card games may contribute a reduced percentage. Sports bets must meet a minimum odds threshold. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds and associated winnings expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated timeframe. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• MG Line reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time before it is claimed. Bonuses already credited to an account will be honoured under the terms stated at the time of crediting.
• Players who deposit and withdraw without placing sufficient bets — known as bonus abuse — will have their bonus eligibility reviewed. Accounts found to be engaging in systematic bonus abuse may have their bonus privileges removed.

All card games, slots, fishing games and virtual sports on MG Line use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to determine game outcomes. The RNG is independently tested and certified to ensure that outcomes are genuinely random, statistically fair and not predictable by any party including MG Line staff.

• House edges and Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are published in the game's information panel within the MG Line lobby. These figures represent long-term theoretical averages and do not guarantee individual session results.
• In the event of a disconnection mid-game, MG Line's system will complete the game round according to the rules in place at the point of disconnection. Incomplete rounds that cannot be resolved will be settled by voiding the bet and returning the stake.
• If a game round is completed but the result cannot be communicated to you due to a technical failure on your end (device, internet), the result as recorded on MG Line's server is the authoritative outcome.
• MG Line does not offer any system, strategy or tool that is guaranteed to produce winning outcomes. Statements to this effect made by third parties do not represent MG Line's position and MG Line is not responsible for losses incurred following such advice.

MG Line is committed to providing tools and resources that help players maintain healthy gaming habits. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered MG Line account holders at any time through the account settings page.

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly maximum on the amount you can deposit to your MG Line account. Once set, limits can be reduced immediately but increases to limits take 24 hours to come into effect.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum session duration after which MG Line will log you out automatically.
• Loss limits: Set a maximum amount you can lose within a defined period. If your losses reach the limit, you will not be able to continue playing until the period resets.
• Cooling-off period: Take a break from MG Line for a set period — 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days — during which your account will be suspended for gaming purposes. Cooling-off periods cannot be cancelled once activated.
• Self-exclusion: Request permanent or long-term self-exclusion from MG Line. Self-excluded accounts cannot be reinstated within the exclusion period under any circumstances.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on MG Line. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in account suspension, voiding of bets and balances, and permanent exclusion from the platform.

• Registering more than one account, or operating an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or identity verification.
• Using any software, bot, script, automated system or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with MG Line games without human input.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or miscalculated odds for systematic financial gain.
• Match fixing, insider information use or placing bets on events where you have advance knowledge of an artificially determined outcome.
• Using the MG Line platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Systematic bonus abuse — opening accounts, claiming bonuses and withdrawing without genuine play.
• Threatening, abusing or harassing MG Line staff or other players via any communication channel.

MG Line reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion. Where possible, we will notify you of the reason. The following situations may result in account action.

• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Breach of any term in these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Evidence of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
• A legally valid request from law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

Where an account is closed due to verified fraud or Terms and Conditions breach, MG Line reserves the right to withhold the account balance. Where an account is closed for administrative reasons unrelated to breach, any legitimate balance will be returned to the account holder via the payment method of record following identity verification.

MG Line collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering on MG Line, you consent to the collection, storage and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Your personal data is used to manage your account, process transactions, comply with legal obligations and improve the MG Line platform and user experience.
• MG Line does not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
• MG Line uses SSL encryption across all pages of the platform to protect data in transit.
• You have the right to request access to the personal data MG Line holds about you by contacting support@mgline.biz.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MG Line shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of opportunity or damage to reputation.

• MG Line is not responsible for losses arising from a failure of your internet connection, device malfunction or third-party service disruption that prevents you from using the platform.
• MG Line's total liability to any individual player in respect of any single event or claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the twelve months preceding the claim.
• MG Line does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Planned maintenance and unplanned technical outages may occur. MG Line will endeavour to notify users of planned maintenance in advance.

MG Line reserves the right to update, modify or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "last reviewed" date. For significant changes, MG Line will notify registered account holders via the email address associated with their account at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the MG Line platform after any changes to the Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any revised terms, you should close your account before the new terms take effect. Outstanding balances will be returned to you following identity verification.

The version of these Terms and Conditions in effect at the time a bet is placed or a game round is completed is the version that governs that particular transaction, even if the terms are subsequently updated.
