Go to the MG Line registration page and fill in your full name, Pakistani email address, mobile number (03xx format) and date of birth. Choose a strong password, tick the relevant consent checkboxes and submit the form. A one-time verification code will be sent to your mobile number — enter it to activate your account. The whole process takes under 3 minutes.

Yes, creating an MG Line account is completely free. There is no registration fee, no monthly subscription and no charge simply for holding an account. You only spend money when you choose to make a deposit — and even then, the minimum deposit is just Rs 500.

The minimum age is 18 years. MG Line enforces this without exception. Age may be verified at registration or at any point during the life of your account. If age verification fails, the account will be suspended and any gameplay will be voided. If you are not yet 18, you are not eligible to register.

No. Each person is permitted to hold exactly one MG Line account. The system cross-references email addresses, mobile numbers, device identifiers and payment methods to detect duplicates. If multiple accounts are linked to the same person, all accounts will be closed and any associated balances will be reviewed under the Terms and Conditions. Register once, with accurate information.

On the login page, click "Forgot password?" and enter the email address registered to your account. You'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes — check your spam folder if it doesn't appear in your inbox. The link is valid for 24 hours. Click it, create a new password and log in. If you no longer have access to your registered email, contact support@mgline.biz.

Log in to your MG Line account, go to Account Settings and find the Personal Information section. You can request a change to your registered email or mobile number there. For security, changes to contact details require identity verification — you will be asked to confirm via the existing contact method before the new one is accepted. If you are locked out of both, contact support@mgline.biz with your CNIC details.

Basic registration does not require document submission. However, KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before your first withdrawal and may be requested at any point for compliance reasons. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC, passport or driving licence. Submitting documents proactively after registration avoids delays when you want to withdraw your winnings.

Deposits & PKR Payments

The minimum deposit is Rs 500 (PKR). This applies to all payment methods including Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by MG Line, though individual payment providers may have their own daily limits.

MG Line accepts Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT (Interbank Fund Transfer from any Pakistani bank account) and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All transactions are processed in PKR. Mobile wallet deposits (Easypaisa, JazzCash) are credited within seconds. IBFT transfers are typically credited on the same day. Card payments are usually credited within a few minutes.

MG Line does not charge processing fees on standard deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay or SadaPay. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — check your Easypaisa or JazzCash app for their fee schedule. MG Line does not add a surcharge on its end for these payment methods.

First, wait 10–15 minutes — some IBFT transfers take a little time to confirm even if you've received a confirmation from your bank. Check your MG Line transaction history in the wallet section to see if the deposit is logged as pending. If it has been more than 30 minutes and the deposit does not appear, contact support@mgline.biz with your payment confirmation screenshot (showing the amount, date, time and reference number). The team will trace and resolve it.

No. MG Line requires that all deposits come from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — meaning payments from another person's Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank account — are not accepted and may result in a refund of the deposit or a review of your MG Line account. This policy exists to prevent fraud and ensure that withdrawals can be made back to the same verified source.

Log in to your MG Line account, go to the Wallet section and select Deposit. Choose Easypaisa from the payment method list and enter the amount in PKR. You will receive a payment prompt — either in your Easypaisa app (if you have it installed) or via USSD (*786#). Confirm the payment and your MG Line PKR balance will update within seconds.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000 (PKR). There is no MG Line processing fee on standard withdrawals to Easypaisa or JazzCash. Withdrawals to bank accounts via IBFT may have a small processing fee depending on the bank — check with your bank directly.

Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals for verified accounts with clean transaction histories are typically processed within 30 minutes of the request being submitted. IBFT bank transfers are usually completed on the same working day. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals may take 3–5 business days depending on the issuing bank. Withdrawal times can be longer during peak periods or if your account requires additional verification.

Common reasons for a withdrawal taking longer than expected include: KYC verification not yet completed on your account, an active wagering requirement on bonus funds within your withdrawable balance, a mismatch between the withdrawal account name and your registered MG Line name, or a high-volume withdrawal period. If your withdrawal has been pending for more than 2 hours and you don't see a status explanation in your wallet, contact support@mgline.biz with your withdrawal reference number.

MG Line applies a return-to-source policy — withdrawals must be made to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit. This is an anti-fraud measure and is non-negotiable. If your original payment method is no longer available (for example, a closed bank account), contact support@mgline.biz before requesting a withdrawal so the team can advise on the correct process.

No. Bonus funds must be wagered according to the specific bonus terms before they convert to withdrawable real-money funds. Your bonuses dashboard in your MG Line account shows your current wagering requirement progress, eligible games and expiry date. Once the wagering requirement is met, winnings generated from bonus funds become part of your withdrawable balance — subject to any maximum withdrawal cap stated in the bonus terms.

MG Line offers pre-match and in-play markets including: match winner, toss winner, top batsman, top bowler, total runs (over/under), total sixes, method of first dismissal, over-by-over runs, player performance (runs scored, wickets taken) and more. Market availability varies by match — Test matches have different market sets to T20s. All markets are priced in PKR-equivalent stakes.

The minimum single bet on MG Line cricket markets is Rs 100. There is no maximum bet limit stated globally — maximum stakes vary by market and event. MG Line follows standard cricket betting settlement rules. If a match is abandoned before the minimum number of overs required for a result (as defined by the relevant cricket body), most match-level bets are voided and stakes are returned. In-play bets placed after the match started may have different settlement rules depending on the market. Full settlement rules are available in the Terms and Conditions.

Cash-out availability depends on the specific market and match. Where cash-out is available, you will see the option on your open bet in the My Bets section while the match is in play. The cash-out value is calculated based on current in-play odds and may be higher or lower than your original stake. Cash-out is not available on all markets — particularly on some exotic markets and on bets placed in the final overs of a match.

MG Line has a dedicated Live Cricket Score section that provides ball-by-ball updates for all major matches. You can monitor the match in real time alongside your open bets without needing to switch to another app or website. The live score feed is available to all logged-in MG Line players.

Games — Slots, Cards, Fishing & Virtual Sports

The Card Games section on MG Line includes Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Baccarat and Roulette. These are games Pakistani players are already familiar with — available to play for real PKR stakes. Table minimums and maximums vary by game and are displayed before you join a table.

Bonuses & Promotions

Do not claim the bonus until you have read and understood the terms.

A wagering requirement means you need to bet a certain multiple of the bonus amount on eligible games before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you need to place a total of Rs 20,000 in qualifying bets before any winnings from that bonus become withdrawable. Your current progress is shown in real time on your bonuses dashboard.

Eligible games vary by bonus and are listed in the specific bonus terms. Generally, slot games contribute 100% towards wagering requirements. Card games and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%–20%) or not at all for some bonuses. Always check the specific bonus terms before playing, as using an ineligible game will not count towards your wagering progress.

In most cases, yes — but forfeiting a bonus means losing both the bonus funds and any winnings generated from them while the bonus was active. The option to forfeit a bonus is available in your bonuses dashboard. If you want to make a withdrawal before meeting the wagering requirement and do not want to wait, forfeiting the bonus allows you to withdraw your remaining real-money balance. Go to Account Settings, find Marketing Preferences and toggle off email and/or SMS promotional communications. Changes take effect immediately. You can also use the unsubscribe link in any promotional email. If you self-exclude, all marketing communications stop automatically — you will not need to manage this separately.

Account Security

Yes. The MG Line platform uses SSL/TLS encryption for all connections — login, deposits, withdrawals and account management. Your personal and financial data is transmitted securely. MG Line does not store full card numbers. All sessions are encrypted end-to-end regardless of whether you are on Wi-Fi or mobile data. MG Line will review your account login history and, if unauthorised access is confirmed, will work with you to secure the account and investigate any fraudulent transactions.

Never. MG Line staff will never ask for your account password under any circumstances — not by email, not by SMS, not by chat. If you receive a message claiming to be from MG Line and asking for your password or any one-time code you have received, it is a phishing attempt. Do not respond. Report it to support@mgline.biz and delete the message.

Responsible Gaming

Log in, go to Account Settings and find the Responsible Gaming section. Select Deposit Limits and set your preferred cap per day, week or month in PKR. Limits take effect immediately — no delay. Reducing a limit is instant; increasing a limit requires a 24-hour cooling period before the higher limit becomes active. See the Responsible Gaming page for full details on all available tools.

Go to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Self-Exclusion. Choose your exclusion period — 6 months, 1 year, 2 years or permanent — and confirm. The exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed within the chosen period. Your PKR balance can still be withdrawn during exclusion after identity verification.
